Ynteq offers 3 default roles, and on top of that allows you to create custom roles.

Default roles

Ynteq comes with 3 default roles: Admin, Technician and Operator. Below an overview of all the permissions for these default roles. These roles are not editable and static across all our customers, so our support team can deliver the best support when issues arise. When you miss roles that you have in your business, you can create Custom Roles. See below.

Custom roles

To create custom roles you can navigate to Settings > User Management > Custom Roles

Here you can create a new role and manage the permissions for this new role. Once created you can assign this role to your users.
