Working with external vendors
Many businesses collaborate or outsource a part of their full maintenance efforts. Ynteq allows you to share work orders directly with your vendors, so they can perform the maintenance and you will have all the data directly stored in Ynteq.
How to share a work order with an external vendor?
Go to settings and enable "Public Work Orders". This will allow you to share work orders with externals moving forward.
Go to the work order you want to share, click the 3 bullets on the top right and hit "copy link"
Share the link directly with your maintenance vendor. They will only be able to leave comments and upload related documents and invoices. They are NOT able to edit other data such as due date, asset info or work order status.
